The service on site with Kelly was fantastic. The facility is very clean and never had a problem with pests etc. I also liked that they offer climate controlled units. Kept all my belongings in good shape.

This seems strange to say about the process of renting a storage unit, but Kelly at Elevate Self Storage made it an awesome experience. He was totally attentive, answered all of our questions, gave us a tour of the facility, reserved a space for us, and even offered to adjust the rental start date if our plans changed. In fact, our goods arrived a week late, and he adjusted our start date without issue. They even provided a moving van for free usage, and Kelly helped dispose of the remnant trash at the end, which was way above and beyond expectations. The electronic access via phone app is clean and simple. We couldn’t ask for better service. Elevate Self Storage and manager Kelly McMurrian are the RED WHITE AND BLUE of self storage! They ROCK!

I used Elevate for one month to store furniture while I staged a house for sale. I was amazed at the cleanliness, the convenience using my phone to open gates, doors and locks, and most of all the great customer service. Kelly went out of his way to help me.
